NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all members of the Golden Valley Girls Softball Association, Inc.  ("GVGS"), of a special meeting of the members to be held at 8:30 PM on Friday, July 19, at the warming house structure at Lions Park, 151 Louisiana Ave. North, Golden Valley, Minnesota.  This meeting has been called by the President of GVGS, Tom Thompson, in accordance with Article VII, Section 3 of the  GVGS Bylaws.  The purpose of the meeting shall be to adopt new Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws for GVGS.  All persons who meet the definition of member of GVGS set forth in the GVGS Bylaws are welcome to participate and vote at this special meeting.  Said bylaws define a member as: "Any person interested in the betterment of girls' softball in Golden Valley . . . . "
